Biography: Dickson Young is a summa cum laude graduate of George Mason University, from which he received his J.D. He is a member of the Virginia Bar, District of Columbia Bar, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and numerous other organizations involved in the preservation of individual rights and personal liberties. Mr. Young has been involved in complex criminal and civil litigation in all courts and parts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, the District of Columbia, New York and California when called upon. He has lectured before the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Fairfax and Arlington Bar Associations, Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Academy. He has qualified and testified as an expert in courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. His Practice has involved the representation of a diverse group of individuals including elected officials, industry professionals as well as professional athletes.
